Port Cullis is kind of in the middle of nowhere and fabulously located at the same time.
It's at the very western edge of the navigable waters around Belli, so it's out of the way for most people but if you play GTFO it's right in that sweet spot of ports- Dogbone, Kuga, Ebb Tide and then take your pick- south or east or back to the north again. It's a great run of ports for boaters and Cullis is the most low key of the bunch.
