I was at the FAR party on Friday at the Surfer's Beach in Bellisseria, and there was an invasion of snails on the beach!
It started at Far's Beans and Bingo contest on Wednesday when Xaandar Raain wore the famous snail avatar from Positive Wavelength. On Friday, many of us got our snail on for FAR Party!
The snail avie is FREE!! (Comes in three sizes, huge, medium and small).
You can custom color your snail yourself, or splurge on a pack of skins for your snail's shell and/or skin. (Yes, they are two different sets).
The sign at the store says the skins are 750 lindens for each pack, but in fact the sign is wrong (or I happened to hit a lucky snail sale) as I only paid 400 for each pack. It was a great deal and the skins look great on the shell especially.
